Booking and Payments

Tour bookings require full payment or deposit as specified. Prices are in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and include all stated services. Additional expenses like personal purchases are not included unless explicitly stated.

Cancellation and Refunds

Free cancellation up to 48 hours before tour departure with full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable. We reserve the right to cancel tours due to insufficient bookings or safety concerns, providing full refunds or alternative dates.

Tour Participation Requirements

Participants must meet physical fitness requirements specified for each tour. Medical conditions or mobility limitations must be disclosed at booking. Minimum age requirements apply to specific tours. All participants must follow guide instructions for safety.

Liability and Disclaimers

Wilderness activities carry inherent risks. While we maintain high safety standards and carry comprehensive insurance, participants assume responsibility for personal risks. We are not liable for injuries resulting from failure to follow safety instructions or for natural events beyond our control.

Force Majeure

We are not liable for failure to perform services due to circumstances beyond our control including natural disasters, government restrictions, or park closures.

Intellectual Property

All website content, images, and tour materials are owned by Zephyr Escape. Unauthorized reproduction or commercial use is prohibited.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Alberta, Canada. Disputes will be resolved in Alberta courts.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes become effective upon posting. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
